Meditation for Beginners:

Meditation for beginner is a perfect place to start your journey.

Meditation is for everyone not just the Yoga Masters. If you have 10 minutes where you can close your eyes, you can meditate. Where ever you are. At your desk, in the bathroom, in the parking lot at Target.

Close your eyes and imagine your sitting under a tree. There is a freeway in front of you. Now each car is a thought that comes into your head, imagine that thought is a car going by. The freeway is car’s going by allowing you to focus on pleasant things. Focus on the cars, the tree, the sun and also your breathing.

When another thought comes into your heard, remember its just a car going down the road and watch it drive away.
